Sunshine was found wandering and hungry when she was just 6 months old. On top of that, she had been shot and had a bullet in her shoulder. Dr. Talley thought it would heal without intervention and as usual, she was right. After Sunshine was well, she went to NY and is in charge of two boys and a mom. She also learned about that fluffy white mud, called snow up North (a quote from Dr. Talley) on Christmas 2012
Sunny was adopted by a wonderful family in Shreveport. Sunny's new family plans to teach her to retrieve and take her camping. When she is not busy with her outdoor activities, she will be a spoiled inside dog.
Sweetie was adopted by one of our volunteers and is now doing GREAT in her new home! She lives indoors in the lap of luxury, but she also has a big, shady, fenced-in backyard to play in with her new canine family members.
