All of our adoptable pets are housed with foster families. When age appropriate, they have been spay/neutered, crate, leash and house trained. They have all been living in a family environment so have been evaluated for temperament and personality. We believe that we should know each pet well enough to make sure that when adopted, everyone lives happily ever after.
Evie is a very high energy but very smart girl. She needs a job to do and will not be content or a well behaved member of your family unless she gets lots of attention and mental stimulation. She is very people oriented and wants badly to please. She would excel at obedience or agility. She will only go to a home that will commit to the time and training this girl needs to reach her full potential as one of the smartest of all dog breeds.
