Waffles

With help from dog lovers across 4 states, we were able to get Waffles to her new home in Miami Beach, FL. She is now having fun in the sun with her forever family.

Tiger

Tiger was adopted by a lovely couple in New Orleans. He is now living it up in the Big Easy!

Daphne

Daphne was the first official adoption for the DHS. She went to a fantastic home in Oak Ridge, LA where she is a very loved member of the family. We couldn't have asked for a better home for Daphne!

The Peppers

Chili, Tabasco and Cayenne were accepted by the "Homeward Bound Project of Mississippi" which is an organization based out of the Mississippi State University School of Veterinary Medicine. HB of MS takes less adoptable, southern dogs and adopts them out to families in the North East. Thank you Homeward Bound!

Vespa

Vespa was a foster dog who became a permanent dog. She will soon start obedience school and then possibly agility. She is a very loved member of the family and will now be able to welcome future foster dogs into her home.
