Andre is one of three puppies that were found abandoned at a local public tennis court. They were in very bad shape. But, puppies are amazing in their capacity to bounce back if loved and and cared for. These puppies are so full of life and energy that is is amazing to watch them run and play. Andre is the dominant puppy in this litter. He is a bit bigger and has a one beautiful blue eye. Once he gets through his puppy crazies and has some one on one attention, he will make a great family memeber. 

Andre was transferred to the SPCA Ulster County in July 2012!

 All of our adoptable pets are housed with foster families. When age appropriate, they have been spay/neutered, crate, leash and house trained. They have all been living in a family environment so have been evaluated for temperament and personality. We believe that we should know each pet well enough to make sure that when adopted, everyone lives happily ever after.
 Since all of our animals are housed with fosters, we ask that you submit a completed application before  we answer individual inquiries. Submitting an application never obligates you to adopt but we will have a better understanding of your needs so that we can better answer your questions.
